My coaching is client-led: In our coaching session you will be given a safe and confidential environment to explore your challenges.
At the start of each session, you decide what you'd like to explore, and through constructive and purposeful discussion, we work together towards your chosen goal.
There’s no minimum number of sessions required, though ongoing sessions provide the most benefit. Sessions can be scheduled as often as you wish, ideally not more than three weeks apart.
Each session lasts one hour and takes place via video call.
