What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that supports individuals in identifying, pursuing, and achieving their personal and professional objectives.

Through powerful questioning, active listening, and empathy, I help my clients clarify their values, strengths, and areas for growth and devise strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

While there are similarities, it’s essential to understand the differences:

  • Therapy focuses on healing psychological or emotional issues and improving mental well-being.

  • In contrast, coaching is a partnership between the coach and client, where the coach empowers the client to identify and work towards their own goals through self-discovery, reflection, and action.

What should I do if I suspect my child has an eating disorder?

Do you give advice?

Coaching is a non-directive (advisory) process because only you truly understand your life, your goals, your strengths, and your needs. Through thoughtful questioning and purposeful conversation in a supportive, confidential environment, my coaching provides the space for you to explore, gain clarity, and determine the changes you want to make and how to move forward as you support your child. With the permission of my clients, I can share insights and observations.

I share practical advice on my Facebook page - scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link ink at bottom of page.
